No commitment, no minimum order. Set up your business as a business account customer — and it becomes a routine that takes two minutes a week.

1

Start with your postcode

Enter your postcode and choose the local bakery that delivers to you. Pay by card right away, or apply for a business account (CVR/EAN) with monthly invoicing.

2

Order online

Choose items, pick a delivery date. Save favourites and set up standing orders for your regular deliveries, or order individually for meetings and events.

3

The baker bakes overnight

The deadline is 22:00 the day before. Your order goes straight into the baker's overnight production — fresh from the stone oven.

4

Delivered before 9 AM

Our drivers deliver between 06:30 and 09:00. On the kitchen counter when the first colleague arrives, with a delivery receipt if needed.

Questions

What people ask before they sign up.

How does invoicing work?
Business account customers receive one combined monthly invoice with 10-day payment terms. All orders within the month are collected automatically — you do not receive a separate invoice per delivery.
Do you support EAN (Danish public-sector e-invoicing)?
Yes. Public institutions and companies with an EAN number can receive invoices directly via NemHandel. We set up EAN when your business account application is approved.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is neither a minimum per order nor a fixed monthly volume. You order exactly what you need, when you need it.
How quickly can we get started?
Once your application is approved (typically 1–2 business days) you can order for delivery the next morning — as long as the order is in by 22:00.
How do we cancel?
No commitment. You can pause or cancel the business account at any time by email or phone. No notice period, no fees.
Are VAT and accounting handled correctly?
All invoices are VAT-registered and fully itemised (per delivery, per product). The data can be exported to your accounting system.
What if an item is missing or incorrect?
Call or write before 10:00 on the same day and we will send a replacement delivery — or credit you. Our default policy is to say yes.
How do you handle personal data?
Only contact details for the person placing orders and the billing address are stored. No third-party tracking, no data sharing. GDPR-compliant since 2018.
Who is our contact person?
Each business account customer has a dedicated contact at our office in Ishøj. Danish support Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00 on 70 27 33 11.
Questions

What people ask before they order.

How do I pay?
You pay by card (Visa or Mastercard) at checkout. The amount is reserved but only charged once the driver has left the bag at your door. No subscription, no hidden fees.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can order as a guest with just your name, address and card details. If you want to save favourites or view previous orders, you can optionally create an account afterwards.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. You can order anything from four bread rolls to a full weekend basket. You only pay for what you put in the basket plus the delivery fee.
When will I get my bread?
Order by 22:00 tonight and we deliver tomorrow between 06:30 and 09:00. The driver does not ring the bell — the bag is left at your door, so you can sleep in.
What if I am not home?
You can leave instructions (e.g. "leave by the back door" or "put in the letterbox"). If nothing is accessible at delivery time, the driver leaves the bag in the most obvious spot and takes a photo as receipt.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery fee depends on your postcode and is typically between DKK 29 and DKK 49. You see the exact amount as soon as you have entered your address — before you pay.
What if an item is missing or incorrect?
Write or call us before 10:00 on the same day and we will credit you — or send a replacement with the next delivery. We say yes as a matter of course.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. Right up until the 22:00 deadline the evening before, you can change, add to or cancel via the link in your confirmation email. After 22:00 the order is in the baker's overnight production.
How do you handle my personal data?
We store only what we need to make the delivery: name, address, phone, email. We share nothing with third parties and use no tracking for advertising. GDPR-compliant since 2018.
